Warranty Contents

1. Warranty Period

Three years from the date the product is received (General furniture)
Notes:
- For products with warranties issued by the manufacturer, the warranty period that is longer between the manufacturer's warranty period and this warranty period will be the valid warranty period.
- Actual displayed products, specially priced products, and electric appliances (such as home appliances, lights, remote controls, heaters, USB ports, and electric motors) have a 1-year warranty.
- This does not apply to take home products. (Includes assembled furniture and miscellaneous interior goods)

2. Warranty Scope

Customers who have registered this warranty (purchase statement) can receive free repairs if there are material or structural defects with the product purchased, provided that they are under the warranty period and meet the warranty conditions. (Hereinafter, these free repairs are referred to as "repairs under warranty.")
Note:
- A new warranty period is not established even if the customer receives repairs or an exchange.

3. Cases not Falling Under Repairs Under Warranty

(1) Usage that differs from the correct handling methods written in the instruction manual
(2) Damages that occur due to improper remodeling or moving after installation
(3) Damages that occur due to force majeure, such as fires and earthquakes
(4) If the actual product does not conform with the conditions listed in this purchase statement
(5) If the customer does not present this warranty (purchase statement)
(6) Breakage or damage that occurs when items are used for work
(7) Issues caused by aging of the product, including degradation and blemishes to the upholstery and paint, and settling of urethane foam and deterioration of woodwork
(8) Consumable products such as casters, rotating disks in rotating chairs, and cylinders in height-adjustable tables

4. Poor Quality at Time of Delivery

If there are issues such as poor quality at the time of delivery, the customer can receive a repair or exchange. Please contact the store where you purchased the product within seven days after delivery.

5. Other

This warranty guarantees repairs under warranty based on the warranty period and conditions described here. Defects that occur after the warranty period has passed will, in principle, be repaired for a fee. However, for cases in which the defects after the warranty period have passed are not due to wear and tear or aging through regular usage, and which our inspection results show that our store holds responsibility for the cause of the damages, we will repair the product at an appropriate cost that matches our degree of responsibility.

Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations are not accepted after an order is made. In addition, returns are not accepted based on reasons on the customer's end. The following are examples of cases which fall under reasons on the customer's end.

Returns of products with no objective defects, including:

・ Returns with no particular reason
・ Returns of products that do not suit the customer's room
・ Returns because the product quality or color was slightly different than expected
・ Returns due to beds, chairs, and sofas, etc., being uncomfortable
・ Returns due to individual differences in the features of natural materials (wood textures and leather patterns)

■ Please note that changes to different colors or sizes are not accepted after an order is made.

■ Please store this purchase statement and receipt in a safe place as it serves as a warranty.
(Items with a receipt stamp will also serve as a receipt.)
