1. Warranty Period
Three years from delivery and inspection (General furniture)
Notes:
This does not apply to take home products (Items for home fashion).
Electric appliances have a 1-year warranty.
2. Warranty Scope
Customers who have registered this warranty or their purchase slip (receipt) can receive free repairs in accordance with the warranty period and conditions indicated in this warranty if there are material or structural defects in their purchases. (Hereinafter, these free repairs are referred to as "repairs under warranty.")
3. Cases not Falling Under Repairs Under Warranty
(1)Usage that differs from the correct handling methods written in the instruction manual
(2)Damages that occur due to improper remodeling or moving after installation
(3)Damages that occur due to force majeure, such as fires and earthquakes
(4)If the actual product does not match what is listed on the purchase slip (receipt)
(5)If the purchase slip (receipt) or this warranty is not shown
(6)Breakage or damage that occurs when items are used for work
(7)Issues caused by aging of the product, including degradation and blemishes to the upholstery and paint, and settling of urethane foam and deterioration of woodwork
4. Returns and Exchanges
●Order cancellations before product arrives
* If the product has already been shipped, the amount of the purchase minus the shipping fees incurred to that point will be refunded.
* For cancellations and exchanges that occur after the product has shipped, which were paid for with cash on delivery or credit card, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees, credit card handling fees, and cash on delivery fees.
●Returns and exchanges after product has arrived
* We cannot accept returns due to reasons on the customer's end (except when the product initially arrives defective or if the wrong product was delivered).
* For returns in special cases, for example if the product cannot be delivered due to the delivery route being too narrow, the amount of the purchase will be refunded with the actual delivery costs deducted.
* If there are no particular problems with the product, for example the returned product has been checked at the store, and it has been acknowledged that the product is not in a different condition than when it was delivered, the refund will be processed. (Bank transfer fees at time of refund will be borne by the customer).
The following cases are examples of returns due to reasons on the customer's end.
・ Returns without a particular reason
・ Returns that do not have objective defects on the corresponding product itself, including the product quality or color being slightly different, small damages on the unpackaged product that can only be seen if you look closely, or items that do not go well with a room
●Order-made products, sanitary products (bathroom and toilet products), and mattresses
Please note that orders for these items cannot be cancelled.
5. Other
This warranty guarantees repairs under warranty based on the warranty period and conditions described here. Accordingly, defects that occur after the warranty period has passed will, in principle, be repaired for a fee. However, for cases in which the defects after the warranty period has passed are not due to usage wear and tear or aging, and which our inspection results show that our store holds responsibility for the cause of the damages, we will repair the product at an appropriate cost that matches our degree of responsibility.
Poor Quality at Time of Delivery
Our furniture is produced based on a high standard of quality. However, if there are problems with delivery or if the product is of poor quality, please contact us within seven days after delivery.
